What Happens After You Enquire?

We Review Your Request

Your address, service selection and project details help us understand the work and check availability for the location.

We Clarify the Scope

We discuss access, timing and property requirements, and arrange an assessment where needed. Attach photos or a site plan to your quote request, or share them by email.

You Receive a Proposal

The proposed work, pricing and service arrangements are set out for your review. A form submission alone does not create a booking.

Enquiring About Several Properties?

Enter the main property in the address field and list the other locations in Project Details. Include the work required at each building and the best contact for site access. For a longer portfolio list, email the addresses and any available plans.

Send Photos, Plans & Your Target Date

Attach up to three photos or PDF plans to the form below, with a maximum of 5 MB per file. For larger files, email them with the property address in the subject line. Identify the areas to include and describe the work you need at each one. For repairs, an overall view and a close-up of the concern help explain the request.

Include your desired start date, any tender deadline and the best time to reach you. Quote preparation depends on the scope, the information available and whether an assessment is needed. Discuss a required reply date directly with Royal Spruce.

Already Receiving Service?

For a concern at an existing property, call Royal Spruce and identify the address, the affected area and when you noticed the issue. Mention blocked entrances, parked vehicles, gate restrictions or other changes affecting access.

If you send photos by email, include the same property address and a callback number. Use the communication arrangements in your agreement for service requests; submitting a new quote form does not confirm a dispatch.

Questions About Your Enquiry

What are your office hours?

Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call 365-292-3365 to discuss your property. Service scheduling and dispatch follow the arrangements confirmed for your property.

When will I receive a quote?

Timing depends on the work requested and whether further details or a property assessment are needed. Include your deadline and availability in the enquiry. If you need to agree a reply date, call 365-292-3365.

Does sending the form book the work?

No. Your request starts the quoting discussion. Availability, scope, price and the service arrangements are confirmed before the work is booked.

Can I send photos before a site assessment?

Yes. Email them to royalsprucelandscaping@gmail.com with the property address and a brief description of the work. Photos help explain your request; whether an assessment is needed depends on the project.
