Information You Provide

Quote enquiries collect your name, contact details, company if provided, property address and type, service needs and project details. You may also provide a preferred start date, tender deadline, photos or site plans. Career and service-partner enquiries collect the contact information, work area, interests, experience, capacity and availability you choose to submit.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Other fields and uploads are optional. You can contact us by phone or email instead. Please do not include banking details, government identification numbers, access codes or unnecessary personal information about other people.

How We Use Your Information

We use enquiries to respond, review property requirements, prepare proposals, discuss scheduling, consider employment or service partnerships and keep a record of our communications. We also use limited technical information to prevent spam and understand where submitted enquiries originate. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Your enquiry is saved before an email notification is attempted. A saved enquiry may therefore remain available to Royal Spruce even if the notification fails or you close the page before sending finishes.

Photos, Plans and Access

Quote forms accept up to three files, each up to 5 MB. Uploaded files are stored privately rather than published in the website gallery. The website's enquiry report and file downloads require the authorised owner account. Email notifications contain file names and a link to that private report. Royal Spruce and its service providers handle this information as needed to review and support your enquiry.

Visit Information and Spam Prevention

The enquiry forms use temporary storage in your browser tab to remember the first recognised website page and a general referral category, such as search or direct access. This information is reused within a 30-minute attribution window. When you submit a form, the enquiry records those details and the submission page; it does not include a complete browsing history, search terms or URL query strings.

The website also derives a daily code from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting and form-delivery providers may process IP addresses, browser information and other technical signals for operation and spam prevention.

Service Providers

The website uses ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, storage and account access, Formspree for form-email delivery, and Gmail for business email. These providers process information to supply their services, and processing may occur outside Canada. Formspree processes information in the United States; see its privacy policy for details.

Retention and Your Choices

Saved enquiries and uploaded files do not automatically expire. Retention and deletion are handled by Royal Spruce; closing your browser does not remove a saved enquiry. Email and service-provider copies may be retained separately.

Contact us to ask about information held about you, correct it, request deletion or discuss withdrawing permission for further use. Include your enquiry reference or the email address used to contact us. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. Business-record and legal requirements may affect what can be removed; we will discuss the request with you.
