What is polymeric sand used for?
It is a jointing material used between suitable pavers. The proposed product must suit the paving and joint conditions, and its preparation and application requirements form part of the work plan.
Will this fix sunken or uneven interlock?
No. Cleaning and joint renewal do not level pavers or repair their base. Flag uneven areas so any repair requirements can be assessed and quoted separately.
Will weeds stop growing permanently?
No permanent weed-free result is promised. Joint condition and ongoing maintenance matter. Discuss what the service includes and how to care for the area afterwards.
Is sealing included?
Sealing is not automatically included with cleaning and polymeric sand. Mention any existing sealer and additional work you are considering so compatibility and the scope can be reviewed.
When can people walk on the finished area?
Reopening depends on the work completed, the selected product and site conditions. The access restrictions and aftercare instructions are confirmed for your project.
